Go For the Best Teenage Stress Relief!
Adolescence is the most stressful, yet wonderful and full of controversies period in one's life. You want desperately to grow up but you also feel very well being a teenager. You are very curious about things that usually never preoccupied you. All these things mean stress.
There are various methods you can use for teenage stress relief but during these periods is harder because you are usually
receptive to all changes, least to those useful. You feel a need to do everything that is forbidden.
>> One of the techniques used in teenage stress relief is to define your sleep schedule and respect it. This is very hard because during teenage you feel the need to get out at night, feel free, and this means to get rid of your parents. But if you try to track an acceptable schedule of sleeping hour (8 hours are enough) then you will see that you are more relaxed if you sleep enough than if you sleep maybe more hours but you come after a long night of dancing.
- The stress accumulated by the need of the body to relax can affect you.
- During night the body produces certain hormones (this happens during sleep). If you do not sleep enough during night, these hormones are not produced and your body cannot feed properly and serious problems may appear.
>>Another teenage stress relief method, also applicable for adults, is to take a break during stressful activities. When you clean your room and there is a mess all around the stress appears and the body reacts to it.
- Take a break during which you go to the bathroom and wash your face or go get some fresh air.
- This does not have to take too much time. Few minutes or even seconds are very efficient.
>> If you have obligations that are very stressful then try to refuse to do them or at least try to find a solution to make them less stressful. For example your math homework is very stressful because you cannot concentrate enough.
- Then you should try changing the environment. Go in park and try to do it while you listen to the chirp of the birds.
>> Avoid making major changes if you pass through a stressful period. For effective teenage stress relief, try to work as usually; do not even change your hairstyle. There can always be someone to tell you that you looked better with your old hairstyle. This can be very stressful for teenagers.
>> Sweets are the best things in a teenagers lives. But they can produce stress because the quantity of sugar in your blood increases.
- Try to avoid them, and if you find this impossible, then at least try to lower the quantity of sweets eaten.
If we mentioned above that going outside at night and loosing your sleep hours are not good, this does not mean that if you stay all the day in the house or at school doing the activities that you are responsible for, is the best option. Take a break for teenage stress relief. Go outside with some friends and have a walk. The free time is very important and you have to spend it on useful things, like, for example, for teenage stress relief methods.
