Learning about Stress Reduction and Children
We often hear our children complaining about stomach aches, nightmares and it seems that learning about stress reduction and children is a neccesity. This happens as even if there are no symptoms that the little one has a physical disorder, you know that something is wrong. If your pediatrician confirms that there is no disease disturbing your child, there is a great possibility that he simply suffers from stress.
You might wonder what can stress a child, considering the fact that they only play, eat, sleep and listen to their parents. Children develop in time their own personality and become aware of their role in the family, but they also are affected by what happens around them.
