2. The deep breathing also helps for stress causing seizures problems. When you sleep the lungs take more oxygen than when you are awake. The deep breathe means breathing with the diaphragm. Take a little break from your daily work and breathe deeply. You will see that you will feel more relaxed and with new energy.
3. Exercise is another treatment for stress causing seizures. Do exercise third or forth tomes a week and you will feel the results. The heart rate lowers and the blood pressure as well because the oxygen gets to the brain more easily. The negative forces tend to disappear.
4. Thinking positively consumes the less energy possible. Stress causing seizures may be stopped by being optimistic.
- See the good side of life. Do not think about the bad things that happened to you. If you got fired think that this can be an option for you to find a better place to work, with a higher salary.
- Also think positive about yourself. If you did wrong in something that does not mean that you are useless or not smart enough. Maybe that thing was meant to stay that way, or maybe is not your fault. It just was a bad day. We all have moments like this one. Watch yourself in the mirror and say loudly that you are beautiful and powerful. The self-suggestion works many times.
4. Relax! Find a place that allows you to disconnect with the outside world, to forget about all your worries. Go there once or twice each day and try not to think at anything or think about how that place makes you forget about everything that surrounds you. This is a very effective stress causing seizures reliever.
5. Sleep 7-8 hours a night. Try to make the connection between the hours you have slept and the seizures. Record in a diary the amount of hours you sleep every night and then see which is the proper program for you to rest.
