The psychosomatic illness and stress are said to be problems caused by the brain but there are also some somatic predispositions that lead to this kind of illness like functional alterations genetically induced. Every person reacts in a certain way to the modern world and the daily worries and many cannot face all these problems.

One can also become vulnerable to accidents or can get to bulimia or, its opposed, anorexia. The impulsive and aggressive actions are also a degeneration of the human?s mind and body because of stress.

The effects of stress are of two types: cognitive and physiological. The cognitive effects are from hypersensitivity, lack of concentration, incapacity of making decisions, to different forms of amnesia and mental block. The physiological effects are hyperglycemia, hypertension, tachycardia, hot flashes or cold.

The most frequent symptoms are pains in the stomach and the thorax, insomnia, diarrhea, etc.
All in all we must pay a very high attention on the psychosomatic illness and stress because this final factor can lead to very serious damages in the body and if we do not take it seriously, it can lead to death. From lack of concentration to addiction of alcohol and drugs, all these agents are extremely dangerous. The psychosomatic illness and stress are very damaging to the body and this article's aim is to help people see better what they are exposed to and to take the adequate decisions to protect their body, and, with it, their live and wellbeing.
