The fact that stress causes depression is very well known by everyone and, in the same time, the thought itself that one can get depressed from stress, results in a depression. Stress causes depression and this should make us more aware of our way of living.

There are many remedies for stress caused depression like, herbal tea, medicines and even food.

* Therefore, we should eat more vegetables and fruits and get loose from fats and sweets from our diet. Sugars and fats make the body slow down its reactions or make them more acute and it becomes stressed. Depression can have a serious impact on our body, leading to a series of disorders, if the necessary measures are not taken. Why not starting with something as easy as our diet?

* Another popular treatment when stress causes depression is exercising. Physical effort releases endorphins that are very good against stress and give a sensation of wellbeing.

* The fish oil and other elements that are rich in fatty acids are very efficient for the treatment of stress and, therefore, depression. Try to chose foods that are rich in fatty acids for fighting stress and depression.

* Give up on alcohol, cigarettes, and drugs, or, better, do not even try them. These give one a hallucinatory sensation and one feels very good during their effect, but after the effect passes, the body and the psychic return to the previous state of stress and depression.

* An efficient treatment in case stress causes depression is walking. One should take a walk in the nature and have a fresh moment of sun and air.

* Try to forgive yourself and the others for mind relief. It is human to make mistakes and you should think about that more often. If you do wrong then do not spend your entire day blaming yourself. Think that this could have happened to everyone and that this is not your fault.

* Sleep 7-8 hours a night, as this is the right amount you need for your body to recharge with energy and deal with the stress of a new day.

* Another technique used when stress causes depression is charity and unsupported help. Do a good deed for someone in need and you will feel better, focusing on other people 's problems instead of yourself.
