How to Lower the Stress Hormones Raised by Caffeine Intake

Did you know that millions of people intentionally increase their stress hormones levels every day? Also did you know that there is an entire industry that you increase your catabolic levels faster & faster? I guess you know what I am talking about. I’m talking about the caffeine industry, which invests huge amounts of money in producing all sorts of soft drinks and coffee under the label ‘a better way to refresh yourself’. In fact, there is nothing falser than this.

 It’s a myth that caffeine provides you with the energy to go through a new day in your day in your life. The truth is that caffeine induces a feeling of energy, when in fact it increases the stress hormones levels.

 The mechanism is very simple: stress intensifies the sensory perception, and the caffeine creates the illusion that you are refreshed.

The only problem is that on a long term, creating alertness by using caffeine related products, you will cause damages to the body. The secret lays in the dosage levels. If you are drinking a bit of coffee, it’s all like a little catabolic push. What nobody tells you is what is safe for your body.

The effects of caffeine on your stress hormones are different for each person. For example, women detoxify caffeine slower than men, and this is why men get to sleep better after drinking caffeine related products. Women end up struggling to sleep, especially if they have a second cup of coffee or a soft drink in the afternoon.

 Some people consider those women naturally high-strung, when the truth is that the anxiety that lies within them is not a result of their energy, it’s the high caffeine levels. Heavy coffee drinkers actually have no idea about the long-burn effect of cortisol. In the beginning a subtle effect, then more and more aggressive, the effect of caffeine can produce lots of damages to your attempt of reducing the daily stress.

• Reducing or eliminating caffeine has been shown to improve dramatically the success rate of a large number of stress management programs and techniques.

Let’s see what happens if you try quitting caffeine. The most common effect is a powerful headache that quickly determines you to go back to the coffee cup. What happens is that caffeine constricts the blood vessels in the brain, as a response to stress. If you cut out caffeine, the body reacts and tries to restore the normal circulation, causing a temporary but powerful headache. If you want to quit caffeine, simply reduce the caffeine intake, and take it slowly. Do hat in order to allow your brain get used to the normal flow of oxygen.

Another effect of quitting coffee, for example, is constipation, but you can use any of the natural products (like herbal tea) for restoring the natural energy production of the body. Fortunately, it’s never too late to begin. In addition, there are many all-natural products that can help you get back on track and restore your body’s production of energy.
