Detoxifying Your Body Leads to Lower Stress

Humans get rid of waste at a regularly through large gut as part of a usual and natural process. Most of us are so unaware about it that we only notice it when there is some difficulty such as diarrhea and constipation. Moreover few of us know that whatever toxic material and other pollutants that accompany our food may pool up in our intestines and may cause it to malfunction.

In the past life was simple and so was our food which was natural and to keep it preserved it underwent natural processes such as smoking, pickling and salting and the human mechanisms had no difficulty in processing it and getting rid of the waste.

If a flaw developed in the digestive system it was treated by natural means such as cod liver oil. This natural process kept their digestive mechanisms efficient and active, although it was not known to them at that time.

As we became more civilized we introduced chemical preservatives, saturated fats and the red dye # 2. We process foods to make it better where as we actually make it worse for the human body by adding toxins and it may lead to various problems like indigestion, heart burns, obesity, anaemia and the most alarming of all, it leads to an impotent immune system.

It would not be wrong to say that a clean body starts from intestines free of toxins. Working on the other parts of the body such as the liver and kidneys while over looking the colon would not do the job effectively. The immune system also starts cleansing from colon first.

So a recommended approach would be to start cleansing from the colon and then strengthen your immune system with diets which include components such as ginseng, beets and garlic. This will help you maintain the natural equilibrium in the body and permit the colon to perform efficiently.
