Organized Lifestyles Are Stress-Free - part 2

To start with you must recognize the importance of stress as it paves the way for improvement. Whenever there is turmoil and strains in your life it means that your current system settings are not up to mark to take you home or to handle the present situation you are in. This is the time when you should know that a new system is required and the older version is no good in the present situation or in other words chaos helps you to determine that it is time to develop a new map and getting your self out of the way will make it easier for this change to take place.

So it is important for you to realize this state of disarray early and to assure yourself that time has given you an opportunity for a positive change. This will take place only if you know how to get out of the way and let it happen naturally. However, most of the people fail to realize this state of disarray and there are many reasons for that.

Majority of them try to run away from such moments by using diversions such as drinking, smoking, food sex or any other way to get cover from the present stressful state. Most of the times this change is involuntary and automatic. They fail to comprehend that the stress feeling that they are experiencing is an opportunity for a positive change and if they do not get benefit out of this situation they will leave themselves at the mercy of their environment in future. Whenever there will be a stress situation again their present system will fail again and again. A new and better equipped map will however be able to deal with the situation much more efficiently.

Secondly most of the people take refuge by blaming someone else for their stress rather than taking the responsibility themselves. They are always ready to put blame on some other person or their job or a particular event such as a terror attack or any thing else such as kids, parents, finance, health etc. Actually the real cause is completely different. It is the inability of your mind and personality system to cope up with this excessive environmental stress. The only answer to this problem is to raise the threshold for your stress response. So rather than blaming others and seeking unrealistic refuge in matters outside your personal self, you should accept responsibility and take active part in revolutionizing personal psychology and map.

To start with you should perceive stress. “So I am under stress”. Secondly you should understand the situation. “I have a threshold which is too low”. Third this should ring a bell in your mind that this is a chance for you to set your psychological perception of reality to a higher level which will help you manage much more stress than the previous one. Actually this is your golden chance for improvement.

“Hooray! I am going to get better, my nerves will grow stronger and I will be achieving higher standards where I will be able to withstand all those stresses that used to make me fall apart before”. Now what you have to do is to sit back and accept what is happening during this phase of change. If you start resisting it this process will become very difficult and the most awful part is that it will block the occurrence of restructuring at all.

Only a small number of people in this world are aware of this mechanism of change as a result of which most of them try their best to stop it from happening. Due to their determination they are usually successful in defeating change but actually they are the real losers. Now they will have to live with their same old low threshold which will gave way time and again to the same stresses of the environment. The process goes on till you show the will and determination to let yourself reorganize at a higher level.

But now you are aware of how this change occurs and that it will help you avoid unspeakable sufferings, only if you are ready to take advantage of this information. Change occurs naturally. There is no need to learn extra to make it happen. The whole world is undergoing this process of evolution and this will continue on till God desires it so. All that is required is to stay away from its path.

Let us revise the steps once again:

1. Be aware of your stress and disarray: Understand that it is occurring right inside you although the trigger factors may be external they are not the actual basis of this change. It is there because your reality perception threshold is too low to withstand the present levels of stress and strains that your surroundings are posing.

2. Manage the current situation.

3. Reassure yourself that whatever is happening is your opportunity to evolve to higher standards and as a reward your present worries will ease out.

4. Allow whatever is happening.

5. Just sit back and watch and do not try to stop it. See life is so easy!

Well now it is up to you to make a choice. You can either follow the above or you can just stay away from any of the circumstances that challenge your present threshold. You may stop going out and get yourself cut off from the others or try to just shutdown all information sources. You may also try ways to soothe yourself down in stressful conditions or can just be anxious and annoyed. You may find refuge in meals, sex, exercise or compulsive talking.

Whatever you do to avoid change you are opting to live with your same low threshold with similar restrictions and you already know the agony of that. This is the rule to work with these illusory straight forward happenings in life. Initially it appears complicated but once you learn how to deal with it you regret doing it a different way before.
