Stress Relief through the Power of Art - Painting

Art therapy has proved beneficial for the treatment of stressed people, as it practically revolves around the inner pressures of any person. This therapy has helped a lot of patients in overcoming their problem and turning towards life once again.

Many a times it has happened that a frustrated, depressed or stressed person seeks refuge in drug and alcohol, in the course of overcoming a failure of life.
