Discussions of children's issues today always bring up the topic of stress and anxiety. On one hand, the thought process is that the stress amounts are the same as they were generations ago. The other thought process is the stress of social and learning pressure is higher than it ever was before. The idea is to try to find an oneness with yourself and your personal spirit. To meditate brings on stress relief and also helps to promote positive psychological utilities. The greatest asset to the health of an individual is found in lowering the blood pressure by being able to meditate.

Using activities that reduce stress kids that allow a child to relax before they go to bed is the best way to take the anxiety away. This is easily done by making sure the television is turned off at least sixty minutes or more before they turn in for the night. Without the television on, the child can start the process of relaxation and become calm before there sleeping period begins.

> Children can also meditate, work in a yoga program, or be read a calming story to also facilitate rest and relaxation. When you stay consistent with these routines each night through childhood, they will continue as they grow to be stress-free adults.
